I especially appreciate Beau for being so responsive and helpful throughout the process, as well as French and his team for their professionalism and answering all my questions during the installation.

Today was my first time using this company. Within minutes of filling out an online form requesting service they called and had a tech out within an hour. The tech, Adam, was everything you would want in a service tech. Very knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done quickly and for a reasonable charge. Adam has earned my business and I will definitely use this company in the future.

They are always prompt and easy to work with. J.R. has been servicing my units for years now and he is very efficient, very friendly, always gets the job done quickly! Would recommend Darnold And Lyons to anyone looking for a good solid reliable company.!!

hired them to install a new natural gas HVAC heating system for me. i was away for work at the time. when i returned home, none of the gas appliances were running. i called customer service and the manager did not believe me that their folks had messed up the gas lines, and told me i probably did not pay my bill and had to call the gas company. i argued with them for awhile, so they did send two men to look at it, and they said the gas line was 100% fine and it was a gas company problem. I called the gas company, and they did respond, and quickly saw that the repairmen had triggered the pin in the gas regulator to the home, so it had shut off gas to the house. none of the repairmen from D & L saw recognized this issue. they also did not bleed my lines of air when they finished the job. the gas company man helped me bleed the lines myself by giving me directions under the crawlspace at the heater, and through my kitchen window to get my stove working again, because obviously he's not allowed inside a home to work on appliances, but I was really at a loss.
during that fiasco, while i was in the crawlspace, i did inspect the work D & L did while installing the HVAC system, and it was poor. the unit was piped in backwards so that the automatic shut off valve would not actually cut off gas to the unit if it was pulled. ducts were still damaged and not repaired in some parts. and one entire pipe was missed and not connected at all. it was behind a pillar so they said they did not see it at first. they came back and repaired all these things. now i do have a fully functioning, good HVAC system, so they did "make it right" - but i would certainly not use them. the manager was very disrespectful accusing me of not paying my bill, and in general gas lighting me that their was no way there was an issue with their work since their guy had 20+ years experience (with the connotation that i am a 33 year old woman who knows nothing about HVAC). communication was disrespectful.

I called Darnold & Lyons on a early Sunday afternoon(Feb. 8th 2026) with temperatures that evening and Monday morning expected to plummet into single digits. Technician Alex was dispatched to my residence that afternoon and quickly determined the intermittently failing part was a motor assembly. My system was a relatively older system and he informed me that he would check to see if he could locate part and it may have to be ordered and could be a few days before receiving. I got a call the next morning and Alex had diligently secured the part and informed me that he could have it installed that Monday afternoon. Alex and technician Ryan arrived and had the part installed in a relatively short period and happily my heating system was back up and running : ). BTW, both Alex and Ryan were professional and knowledgeable and very nice to deal with. Thank you, and I will be using Darnold & Lyons for any future HVAC and Plumbing Services.

I want to say the techs that installed my new HVAC system (Randy & Andrew) did an excellent job. They were very professional and explained everything to me as they went. Randy helped me connect my phone to the thermostat via my WiFi and how to use the WiFi thermostat. They cleaned everything and hauled all the trash and old units away. I look forward to enjoying my new HVAC system. I would highly recommend Darnold & Lyons to anyone looking for a upgrade to their old HVAC system

This company is FANTASTIC to work with! They respond quickly, handle things professionally. Tammy gets you scheduled quickly. I've had JR on sight as well as Alex and a couple other gentlemen. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional! I will choose Darnold Lyons every time!

This company is great! I had a hot water tank go bad and they came out and replaced my hot water tank very quickly! Adam and other tech that was with him were very professional and super nice! I had to talk to Shane a few times and he is very nice and professional as well. They all go out of there way to make the customer happy. I would recommend them for any plumbing and AC issues. Very honest and they do great work!

Was very explanatory of issues and found several parts that needed replaced. They had the parts on the truck and quickly had my heat pump back up and running. Unfortunately it only lasted a few days due to a possible lack of freon or leak. Which is too expensive for me to have repaired at this time.

I really couldn't be more pleased with the service I've received from Darnold & Lyons. They're very friendly & responsive when I contact them with a service request, and their technicians are top notch. My most recent experience was with J.R. (their service technician). He was highly competent, very thorough and paid close attention to all the details. I'll be calling Darnold & Lyons for all my HVAC needs!

Fast, Friendly, and Always Professional!
I have used Darnold and Lyons for serval years. They replaced a fan unit on my HVAC. I used them to do a total HVAC system replacement. Most recently I contacted them for a plumbing job. Jason called 15 minutes before arriving. Reviewed the work with me. My frost free bin was not repairable so he replace it and my leaking main shutoff valve in a couple of hours. Jason was skilled, polite, and professional. Took time to leave the work area cleaner than he found it.
I would use D&L for my plumbing and hvac needs again.

We have been very pleased with the service from Darnold and Lyons! We keep their phone number on the refrigerator for quick reference. In a recent situation, they were able to work us in quickly and fixed the problem and a couple of other things they ran into. We will definitely call them again!

There workers showed up on the job on time and removed the old heating & cooling system and installed the new system. Very clean job done, no trash or anything left behind. Even took the old unit for disposal. Got a call the next day to see if it went as planed. Very happy with the product & the workmanship.
