Darnold Lyons is by far the best heating and cooling company that I've ever used. They truly care about their customers which is unusual these days.
Was very explanatory of issues and found several parts that needed replaced. They had the parts on the truck and quickly had my heat pump back up and running. Unfortunately it only lasted a few days due to a possible lack of freon or leak. Which is too expensive for me to have repaired at this time.
Great, professional service! Continues to be one of the best in Charleston! Highly recommended! Keep up the great work!

They're very friendly & responsive when I contact them with a service request, and their technicians are top notch. My most recent experience was with J.R. (their service technician). He was highly competent, very thorough and paid close attention to all the details. I'll be calling Darnold & Lyons for all my HVAC needs!
Fast, Friendly, and Always Professional!I have used Darnold and Lyons for serval years. They replaced a fan unit on my HVAC. I used them to do a total HVAC system replacement. Most recently I contacted them for a plumbing job. Jason called 15 minutes before arriving. Reviewed the work with me. My frost free bin was not repairable so he replace it and my leaking main shutoff valve in a couple of hours. Jason was skilled, polite, and professional. Took time to leave the work area cleaner than he found it.I would use D&L for my plumbing and hvac needs again.
We have been very pleased with the service from Darnold and Lyons! We keep their phone number on the refrigerator for quick reference. In a recent situation, they were able to work us in quickly and fixed the problem and a couple of other things they ran into. We will definitely call them again!

There workers showed up on the job on time and removed the old heating & cooling system and installed the new system. Very clean job done, no trash or anything left behind. Even took the old unit for disposal. Got a call the next day to see if it went as planed. Very happy with the product & the workmanship.
